Why I’m Meant For
Rokt
I’m drawn to Rokt because it’s building something that matters — and doing it with innovation and excellence. By transforming ecommerce experiences and delivering real-time relevancy, Rokt is at the intersection of purpose and performance. That’s exactly where I want to be.
What excites me most is the chance to grow alongside a team that runs toward problems, fosters an ownership culture, consistently raises the bar and strives to create a positive impact on their community. That’s how I’ve always worked too. Whether I was building predictive sales models at Ambev, redesigning business curriculum for girls in Tanzania, or cold-emailing CEOs for live case competitions at Babson, I’ve gone all-in when the mission mattered. At Babson’s top-ranked entrepreneurship course, I led a team through weekly creative pitches that won us the competition — because we put in the hours, did the outreach, and delivered excellence every single time.
My background
-
At VTEX, the largest e-commerce software company in Latin America, I spent the summer working directly with the CEO in New York to tackle one of his top priorities: uncovering and solving pain points for our largest corporate clients.
I led interviews with key clients, shaped the research scope independently, and dug into customer insights and product usage data. By the end of the internship, I pitched a strategic proposal to improve user experience and unlock growth — directly to the CEO. The experience taught me how to own high-stakes problems end-to-end, sharpened my product thinking, and gave me real-world training in building solutions that drive results.
-
At AB InBev, I led a high-impact project building a predictive model to track SKU availability across over 1 million points of sale by using Python to boost forecast accuracy and drive smarter sales recommendations.
I also created national sales targets for the launch of Corona Cero and developed a real-time portfolio tracking tool in Databricks, helping teams across Brazil make faster, data-driven decisions. The role pushed me to think critically, move fast, and collaborate across functions while improving my technical skills. It was the kind of challenge I thrive on: fast-paced, high-stakes, and built for impact.
-
At Babson, I put my entrepreneurial mindset to the test in the Ultimate Entrepreneurship Challenge — the top class at the #1 school for entrepreneurship, led by serial founder Len Green.
As CEO of my team, I led weekly deep dives into real-world business problems and pitched creative solutions directly to the companies’ execs. We didn’t always have all the answers but we made up for it in grit, resourcefulness, and relentless effort. After a semester of high-stakes challenges, we won. That experience proved what I now carry into every role: it’s not just what you know, but how hard you’re willing to work.
So… Why me?
Because I bring grit, adaptability and a relentless drive to learn and grow. Moving abroad at 18 to study at Babson, and later challenging myself further with a year at the London School of Economics, wasn’t the easy path but it was the one that pushed me to grow the most. I’ve always chosen environments that challenge me, because I thrive where there’s something new to learn and something meaningful to contribute.
I’m also extremely curious. I read constantly, ask questions, and genuinely enjoy understanding how things work. Whether it’s diving into a new industry, learning a technical skills, or staying on top of global news, I’m energized by learning and quick to turn knowledge into action.
I bring these values to everything I do. I learn fast, work hard, and don’t stop until I’ve delivered something I’m proud of. I want to be surrounded by people who raise the bar and I want to be someone who raises it for others too.
